Dr. Code Digital Solutions and Software has developed and implemented an integrated garage management system (KSB) in Côte d'Ivoire, with the aim of digitizing car repair and maintenance operations and facilitating professional workshop management.

Customer App: Register a new account or log in using your username and password. View vehicle details (basic data, chassis number, model, and condition). Monitor the vehicle's status during maintenance or repair (timeline or notifications). Receive notifications of completed repairs and maintenance. View repair invoices and costs. The ability to request new maintenance or additional services. Staff App: Log in using your employee's username and password. Receive maintenance and repair requests from customers. Manage daily tasks and link them to vehicles. Update vehicle status (under maintenance, in progress, or completed). Enter details of spare parts used and costs. Upload reports or photos of the vehicle's work progress. 2. Management System (Backoffice / Admin Panel) A control panel for managing customers, employees, and vehicles. Manage roles and permissions. Centrally monitor daily operations within the garage. Periodic reports (financial reports, business reports, maintenance reports). An electronic archiving system for all vehicles entering the garage. 3. Infrastructure and Connectivity A central database for storing vehicle, customer, and employee data. Securing access using authentication and authorization. Bilingual support (French and English) to suit the nature of operations in Côte d'Ivoire. Future expansion to include new modules (such as online booking and electronic payment). 4. Final Deliverables A mobile application for customers (Android + iOS). A mobile application for employees (Android + iOS). A web-based control panel for system management. Full system documentation. Employee training on using the applications and system.

The project consists of two main applications, a website, and a control panel: Customer Application: Allows customers to register an account (or receive a personalized username and password). Allows them to monitor the status of their vehicle directly through the application, whether during maintenance or repair. Receives alerts about the progress of work and services performed on the vehicle. Employee Application (Technical/Administrative): Allows employees to log in with their own credentials. Helps them manage daily maintenance and repair requests. Records all vehicle-related tasks and activities within the system for accurate and organized tracking. The system was designed and implemented in an integrated manner to cover the work cycle within the garage from the moment the vehicle is received until it is delivered to the customer, ensuring transparency and ease of monitoring for both parties (customer and employee).
